JPmarkets is to be avoided for your own peace of mind

JPMarkets is the worst brokers i have come across so far, poor service or should i say no service at all i have deposited money to my wallet on Monday the 7th and it never reflected on my wallet even today the 10th i have called about four different numbers for different regions every day more than 4 times on each and trust me not once was my call answered.

i have sent an email to the support team and same story no response and here i am wondering is this for real? as it is fully regulated what does the FSB say about this behaviour of a broker ignoring client's concerns about their money, i mean this is my money so i believe i have the right to it and not to beg for my money, if a business has a situation i believe it is their duty to inform clients that are being affected but JPmakerts you are on your own, where is the law?
