JP MARKETS terrible Broker

Jp Markets SYSTEM was down for 3 days whilst 100's of traders couldn't not login and close their positive trades which then turned very negative. My account was emptied due to not being able to login and close profitable trades. R150, 000 lost because of this, I even informed them that I needed trades closed ASAP when they were positive just to show I was not taking chances. The answer I received from them was "I don't know what to tell you". This company needs to be reviewed by the FSB. Justin Paulsen needs to man up and take responsibility and not send YouTube videos in his sports car whilst everyone on the platform is loosing their life savings.
