JP Markets Silent About Client Refunds

Week after last JP Markets had a system crash causing clients to lose their livelihoods & till date JP Markets has not addressed the issues about their client refunds. it is actually very sad their silence about the issue is what is making clients upset, Come on JP Markets be straight up with your clients stop avoiding our emails and calls because if your systems had not crashed alot of client like myself would have not lost our money due to your poor planning & the least you can do is reply to your clients emails, I always see that JP Markets state their clients must have faith in them clearly keeping silent about money that was supposed to be refunded to clients is not a good way to stir faith.
