Jp Markets doesn't treat its client well

I have made withdrawals with JP on 2020 ,they were approved but the money never came into my account even today am still doing follow up

Early this year they Said claims takes 6 month but even now am still being told they waiting a feedback from claim department

Am tired of waiting I just need my money
