JP Markets cannot pay out clients after crash

Last week JPMARKETS systems were down for 3 days causing traders to loose millions. No one from JPMARKETS is responding to complaints and they are refusing to pay the losses back to clients. Now I am trying to draw out my funds in the account and the system keep declining my request. Is JPMARKETS bankrupt or is it a ****. Do not join this brokerage
