JP Market Disgusting Service

on the 20th March 2020 i made a withdrawal that has not come yet, here is what i did. Emailed withdrawal - No response. Callled the call centre - Reffered to email withdrawal. Logged a ticket - still open. Inbox JP market and JP ceo on Instagram - No reply.

This is pure Bull **** as i see people getting their money everyday and here i have to wait 11 days now and nobody is giving me an answer.
