Great Service by Support

Did these guys have a change of support?

I had trouble logging in to my account ne, so I contact support then he sends me the steps to follow but im not that literate with these platforms (even my cousin is helping me write this), then I ask him if he can help me when i get home at 10pm so he says yes, I was expecting a no! Then he guides me over the phone and in 10 minutes everything is sorted!

I read a lot of bad reviews here but they seem to be false! because this guy Robin clearly knew what he was talking about, before I had issues with delays and everything then I called the CT office even though Im in JHB then I was sorted chop chop.

Big ups Robin! You the man!
