Extremely bad service

Been with Jp markets for almost three years now and it has been a smoothly ride until now. I have been sending emails to all departments at JP markets and don't get any response whatsoever. I did an inter account transfer from my trading account to my jp wallet, the funds were taken out of my MT4 account but were never put in my wallet.

One week later, more than 15 emails, Facebook messages Instagram dm to jp and its CEO asking for this matter to be resolved but no service at all or a mere response.

I am very disappointed at your service and unlike before, I will never recommend anyone to sign up with your company
