Empty lies and promises

After depositing money with them for Forex trading, and requesting monies to be paid out, their seems to always be an issue with paying out my money. They have promised me money will be paid out into my bank account more than 7 working days ago and keep an telling me "promise" it will be in today but to no avail as the first promise was 28/02/2020 and up to date nothing, only keep on telling me my profit has grown and need to pay in more before it can be released. Now I would like to know if the requested money and 10% fee has been paid how is it possible that they cannot pay me the smaller amount that I want ou??
