Disappointed!

I have had the worse experience with JPM. I have been unable to get my money or even withdrawals approved since Monday 9 2020. I have called multiple times, have open tickets since last week, sent an email and was told I will get a personal response. I called again today and spoke to consultants named Ezra and Holam who told me that the finance department staff is not in today and to call tomorrow. I called before and was transferred to withdrawal department then phone dies in my ear. I tried calling Mr Paulsen directly and his phone just rang. The consultants told me that there are high call volumes and withdrawals yet I am aware of other traders getting withdrawals and approval within an hour and they are making over 100K. I have never had issues before but to wait over a week for withdrawals are insane! I just want my money then I am done using JP as a broker!
