Delayed withdrawal feedback

delayed withdrawal it's almost 6 months now and the support team haven't responded to my emails, contacted my bank and it was said that the withdrawal wouldn't be approved on their side due to the fact that the account wasn't active anymore, but I never got any feedback from JP Markets, not sure why maybe their still on it even now.
