bad service

Hi yesterday i made a deposit to a broker using my fnb app i used my friends reference instead of mine i realised a few hours after when i checked, i sent an email to jp markets no reply, i sent them a message on whatsapp requesting them to help me i event sent them prove of payments so that they can move funds from my friends account to mine, now they are ignoring my messages.
