Did Not Get Product

I didn't receive my product and I'm extremely disappointed. To anyone reading this, I strongly advise against buying from Joyland Phones And Accessories. I ordered a PS5 Pro on October 19, 2025, and was promised delivery within 2-3 working days. It never arrived.When I contacted them, they blocked me on Instagram and ignored my WhatsApp messages. A friend contacted them and they admitted to giving refunds, but I was never offered one despite requesting it. I've reported them to Instagram multiple times, but they're still operational. The shopping mall they claim to be located at has no record of them.I'm left with no choice but to open a police investigation and expose them on social media. To everyone else, steer clear of these guys.
