Justice is Finally Being Served
I am back with some news that will make certain people very unhappy—but I don’t care, because justice is finally being served. Firstly, to those who visit this page to check recent reviews: know that the ones appearing most recently are not genuine. They were generated using Artificial Intelligence. Honestly, who reviews stores with emojis? Please be serious, Joyland admin—you can do better than that. On April 1st, I posted a review exposing the practices of Joyland Phones and Accessories. Immediately after, a flood of reviews suddenly appeared, claiming the store was trustworthy. So many were posted that my review was pushed onto another page, almost hidden. Anyway, back to why I said justice is finally being served: I teamed up with a social media creator and friends to expose Joyland Phones and Accessories. I was informed that their Instagram account is no longer visible to the public. It was formerly known as @joyland_phones_and_accessories, but it has now been removed from Instagram. It seems Instagram finally listened to the reports. At this point, the only major social media outlet they still have is TikTok. From what I know, and what I’ve been told, their TikTok and website are next in line to be taken down. They have been operating their Instagram since 2021 so hearing the news I heard warms my heart In a few days, the social media creator I partnered with will be releasing a series of videos exposing them further. To anyone reading this: once again, I do not recommend Joyland Phones and Accessories. They are simply not trustworthy. Their website displays a false phone number and a false address. They claim to be located at Walmer Park Shopping Centre, but if you call the mall’s call centre and speak to the manager, you’ll find they have no record of them. From my knowledge, it is strictly not legal in South Africa to use a false address for business registration. The Companies Act requires all companies to maintain an accurate, up-to-date registered physical street address. Submitting false or misleading information to the CIPC is a recognized ******** offense that can lead to fines or prosecution. The next few days are going to be very interesting. All of this could have been avoided if the PlayStation 5 had been delivered on time—or if a refund had been issued. I may never get my refund back, but I am satisfied knowing that karma is finally serving its purpose.
