Not acknowledging or providing sign-up special as advertised!

App**** for your special that stated I would get the first 3 months free. Not only have you billed me every month since signing up but your support staff refuse to acknowledge the special even though I have provided proof as such. After many attempts to get a manager to call me with regards to this, I have yet to receive a single call as promised over and over again.
