JOOX is not helping

JOOX has been so unhelpful I paid the joox VIP which entitled me to 1+2 people on one account who can listen to their downloaded music offline.

The problem is I can but my wife requires data and I've send so many requests because they don't have a number, I think I'll go to iTunes.
