DStv and Joox

I was under the impression that Joox is free on DStv App but then I was surprised when they started debiting me and worst part it is combined with my DStv bill which is more frustrating as I’m on pricelock which I regret I tried to communicate with Joox through email for them to delete the account but the more I try to delete the account then they charge me double.... this is a rip-off from both DStv and Joox...
