Poor client service

Bad service at Occupational therapy from the OT conserve Portia and her supervisor Mogau a simple referral to Sebokeng never done I had to go to Sebokeng hospital only to be humiliated and shouted at being asked why I came as the clinic did not call n I called the conserve Portia to call Sebokeng so that I can go and she didn’t till now I’ve decided to borrow 6500 and go do the Functional capacity evaluation private I’m so dissatisfied n disappointed that we as the community can’t rely on government services
