Jock's Autobody inadequate repairs my car

I took my car to them following an accident with damage involving the headlight. They replaced the headlights but there was a persistent faulty alarm and they could not figure out what the problem after 24 hours review. I then took the car to Audi who picked up the problem readily and now Jock's Autobody is dragging their feet in facilitating my refund as I had to pay Audi for their repairs.
