My car was booked in at Jock's Autobody in Pretoria West on the 11th August after an accident that happened on the 11th July, I believe they took the car in even though they had so many cars to repair, after 2 weeks I called to enquire about the progress, I was told I will get the car in 2 weeks, a week before the promised date, I called again, I was told 2 weeks again, until oneday I walked in and I was shocked at the stage my car was at and the number of cars that were in their workshop, my car was stripped there was no way I was going to ask for it. I got my car on the 14th August, after 2 full months, the car was not properly washed, the car was out of alignment, the following day I hear some weird noise from inside the car but I just drove on until a taxi driver stopped me and told me that my wheel is going to come off, when I got out of the car, the wheel had only 3 loose bolts instead of 5, the car showed a slipper car light on the dashboard, I called them from the side of the road and they said the car only had 3 bolts which I know was not true, I drove there the following day as the stop/start did not work and for them to turn off the lights that were on the dashboard, they switched off the light but still today the stop/start is not working. This is the poorest workmaship I have ever encountered.
