Worst experience

I was curious about their service as they kept sending emails promoting their service and dropping their price by 80%. Unfortunately, I decided to accept their offer and signed up for six months. After a few searches, it became obvious on the first day that I wasted time and money and I was clear that I will not use them again. I didn't read the T&Cs they sent which stated that the contract needs to get terminated 42 days(!) before it expires, otherwise, the contract renews for another six months (then at a 5 times higher price!). When terminating the contract on the day it expired my nose got rubbed into their clauses and the money was taken off my credit card. There's no person you can contact and the phone line will hang up after a minute hence there won't be someone you can talk to, other than a "service" team which is basically an email address to the "Jobleads Support Team". Different to reputable companies I dealt with in the past, there's no service, no contact you can talk to, and they are not interested in providing the services you might think they will. After reading reviews on various internet pages it became obvious that there are thousands of customers who suffered similar financial losses hence I'd like to warn anyone to read through the reviews, especially the low-rating ones, before considering signing up with them. For me one of the worst experiences.
