Unfair billing — charged me after cancellation!

Avoid JobLeads. I cancelled my Premium membership and my account was officially downgraded to "Basic". Despite this, they went ahead and charged R679.00 from my debit card today anyway. Their billing practices are highly unprofessional. I had to permanently delete my account now.
