Unfair billing and refund

I was promised my refund after an unauthorized debit from my account, on the 28th of July I was promised my refund of will be paid in two weeks and still to date I have not received any correspondence. I have followed up with them a few times and no feedback, looks like the company is just a ****. Be careful
