Unauthorised Billing – Extremely Misleading Practices

JobLeads is completely ********* in its billing practices. They lure users in with a very small initial fee and then quietly charge a much larger renewal fee that was never clearly agreed to.

I never consented to a “Premium Membership” subscription, yet my account was billed regardless. Their disclaimers are hidden and misleading, and this feels like a deliberate attempt to trap users. I have tried repeatedly to contact their helpdesk regarding an unauthorised charge, but my enquiries have gone unanswered. There is no meaningful customer support, and they refuse to issue refunds. This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid JobLeads at all costs.
