*****ulent transactions from bank account... no debit order approvals

I had a subscription with short period, cancelled my contract and they just keep debiting my bank account with R169.75 on 2 days in December 2025. They have debited my bank account without my approval and security code. i will report this institutions as this is unacceptable for putting *****ulent transactions people bank account.. and they will never refund or apologise.
