Only in it for their own gain

This is just a way to make money. I had to pay R49 to join a 14 day membership to be able to send in an application which I couldn't even do because I was unable to upload my application for some or other reason. Yesterday they deduct R679 for a 30 day membership. I signed on for R49. Now they refuse to refund me even I have not gain anything positive from my 14 day experience. I have not received another email saying that all of a sudden I will be paying R679 for a 30 day membership. When I explained that I don't have that kind of extra money and need that money to be able to survive, they just said it will be canceled after the 30 days and I must make use of all the features for this 30 days. They are just out to make money!
