not possible to cancel the renewal of Premium membership

Do not give your credit card details. You cannot change it, only if you cancel your card at the bank, otherwise they charge you every 3 months. It looks like it is not a real company, ****. using auto-emails and no real people working behind.

My credit card was charged, however I cancelled the renewal. No response received for 3 days now. The issue that I have experienced was: before the renewal date, it is possible to cancel the Premium membership. My renewal date was at 17-may-2023. I sent the cancellation request on 15-may-2023. Sent a reminder on 16-may-2023, as no response were received. On the 17th my credit card was charged. Tried to call the company on their phone number. +***. Number is not working. No response to any of my emails sent to their accounts (service@ and ***)
