Moved me to premium package without consent.

I assume all the negative comments are also about their underhanded tactics of debuting money from their potential customers. I only registered and authorised debit of the two week plan at R50. All of a sudden, without a reminder email, provision of information or anything, they moved me to the premium package and debited R679 from my account without my permission. I did not authorise this and want a full refund. What a terrible TERRIBLE job search company. So underhanded and *****ed. I would advise everyone to please be mindful of this company and rather stick to LinkedIn.
