JOBLEADS.COM IS A **** - I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I signed up for a 14 day trial period with Job leads and upon signing up they told me that they would automatically bill me after the 14 day free trial period, BUT they said 48 hours before the actual trial ends, they would send me an e-mail reminding me that my trial period was due to expire and if I don't cancel subscription then I would get billed. Yersterday without my permission and an e-mail to remind me that my trial period was coming to an end, they billed me an amount of R679. I have since e-mailed them querying my billing and they have not had the decency to respond to me nor even acknowledge my e-mail.

I want my money back, just because I signed up for a 14 trial period does NOT mean that I was consenting to be billed a monthly subscription. I cannot afford that subscription fee and I want a REFUND. Please DO NOT use them, their customer service is terrible and their job portal is USELESS, no one should have to pay such subscription fee. You can get the same jobs for free on career junction and pnet for FREE.
