HORRIBE SERVICE EVER

I am experiencing the worst service. I cancelled my subscription before debit day and they deducted the 1st time. Then I lodged a ticket but clearly their system doesn’t work or they don’t bother attending to queries. Since then I have been debited 3 times. MONEY I DONT EVEN HAVE AS SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A JOB. PLEASE RETURN ALL MY MONEY AND CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION!!! I Mean you still deduct today right after I have logged yet ANOTHER query on the money previously deducted!
