Highly irritated with a bunch of *******

I am absolutely disgusted by the way in which JobLeads handles their clients and this after they say that customer service is key to them. That couldn't be further from the truth. I signed up for a 3 month trial and if I wanted to continue I would of. I didn't and they still have the audacity to take funds from my account. What makes it worse is that on the website you as the client cannot change anything on your profile, update your information, delete information etc. They have literally ****** my funds and refuse to pay it back! You should be ashamed of yourselves. You are a bunch of *******!!!!

It would be very different if I let it go on but I have been trying to get my funds back from the minute it was taken from my account.

I am disgusted by the service and in fact the overall site is the worst I am yet to come across. You cannot even remove personal information on their website. Has this company heard of the PoPi Act!!!
