Disappointing Experience with JobLeads: Unfulfilled Promises and Unfair Charges

I signed up for their 14-day trial. Before the first day ended, I canceled my account because it wasn't useful to me. However, after the trial period, they still charged me a monthly premium from my account. I reached out to them for a refund, as per their T&C which promises refunds with a smile. I requested my refund since I had canceled within the 14-day period, but they refused to refund the full amount. After several exchanges, they agreed to refund only 30%, but I'm still waiting for that. I strongly advise against using their services. In my opinion, they are nothing but a group of dishonest individuals *****ing our hard-earned money, especially when we're already struggling to find work. I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy!
