Unfairness in recruitment via JobJack
Since 2022 JobJack has been doing recruitment especially for Woolworths the is too Much ****** because many people have been referred to JobJack to apply but the is only one Race being recruited. The employment equity act of South Africa says every company should have a rainbow nation along employees and employers.This JobJack is hiring for lot of companies but the dominant Race is Tsonga .
