No feedback on my interview for 2 months
Hi I went to an interview in 11 December 2025 and my status is under interview I've been trying to do a follow up regarding this because it's so frustrating why don't they tell us if we failed so we can move forward rather than giving us false that they will call us again after a week and it's been 2 months. When I try to get the feedback from jobjack chat bot it says the manager has been contacted like really for the past 2 months the manager has been contacted

I've been trying to access my account it's been full 12 months now the system doesn't recognise my ID but when I log in it says ID already exist when I say forgot password it doesn't even send sms nor email I've sent countless emails to JOBJACK they said I should send my ID copy of which I did still I can't access my account it's been 12 full months I need to apply for other jobs Job Jack helped me finding employment before
