Poor Service

I’m so disappointed at Jobela. First when I was going to Eastern Cape. I was supposed to take M22 on the 23rd however it didn’t pass quality control, so we were put in a different bus with no name, when the bus got stucked, we contacted Jobela office they told us the don’t know us, when we get in that bus they took our tickets so there was no prove on my side. Now I’m in the bus from Nqamakhwe to Cape Town, the bus is so dirty the fridge has turned into dust bin. The toilet are so dirty smelling, the infection people are getting from these toilets. The floor is so dirty I was on M12 02.01.2021. I’m so disappointed

I would like the owner to please reply. This is so disappointing as I paid to be in this bus. Poor service.
