Poor service

Very poor service, i decided not to book a bus at all considering the reviews and the fact that the young lady (who refused to give me her name) selling tickets at the front desk in cape town was very rude to me especially the fact that I was not from her country, she instead she decided to ignore me while i was still enquiring and went to attend to the people behind me who are originally from her country as they went on speaking in their language which made me feel like I was just a fool disturbing them.
