Poor service

I'm traveling with Jobela star from Johannesburg to capetown firstly the bus was suppose to depart at 17h40 but it was delayed and we left at 8pm after few hours on the road the bus broke down and we've been waiting out of nowhere for 9 hours the owner of the bus is ignoring our calls and messages we are now stranded in a place we don't even know.
