Pathetic service

Such a bad service I experienced with this Bus service. We have been stuck here outside Laingsburg since last night the 30th of November 2022 at 23:30 and we are still stuck even now (1st December 2022 time 4:30) from Bellville to Mthatha. The drivers aren't explaining anything instead they are just giving us lame excuses. No alternative ways or transport has been arranged to transport us to our destinations. It is such a disgrace that as we are supporting their businesses they treat us like trash as if we didn't pay. I will never use their service anymore. I don't think they know the meaning of customer service. They don't even have their own machenic to attend to the fault.
