Jobela Bus is about to dump my 68 year old Granny in Queenstown but she is going to Umtata

Poor Service from Jobela star bus, 30 Nov 2022 we accompanied our mother, they showed us the bus she must seat in at Stokroad as she was going to Mtata. They say she used the wrong bus they will leave her in Queenstown and wait for another bus that is stuck somewhere. How can they dump a 68 year old granny in Queenstown alone? I am very disapointed at your service
