Complaint

Hi I’m in Jobela or hired Jobela not sure bus, from Idutywa to Cape Town registration number CA821041. The bus doesn’t have air-cone or it’s not working we sweating here , we have children old people who are not well in this kind of temperature with no air-cone when we trying to complain to the driver he gives us attitude that we must call the number on our tickers, tried to call 3 numbers on the ticket numbers doesn’t go through all 3 of them , called 021 number lady picked up named Siphokazi Mzimeni or Nzimeni jot sure , she gave me another number 061 number which she said she can not help that number can help with complaints asked her if the email address on the ticker if it’s working she said she doesn’t know called the number she gave me number goes straight on voicemail, tried to call the 021 number again number doesn’t go though my ticket number is 109147 and my number is ***
