WORST EVER

I heard about this company via friends and Facebook and loved the rings so my fiance bought my engagement ring from them as they were absolutely unique and seemed fantastic. 1. Even though DHL delivery is supposed to be free he had to pay R1500 extra to get it out of customs. 2. 2 days after starting to wear the ring, the black started fading and only got worse as time passed. I emailed Rose (main correspondent on their email) and told her about my complaint. She 'apologized' and told me that I should pay them ANOTHER R1500 so that they could send us a replacement. First of they have a 'guaranteed' return policy and now they wanted us to pay extra for something that they had to replace according to their policy. We then got the price down a bit as well as a guarantee from Rose that they will pay ALL customs etc, the ring arrived at DHL and we are STILL struggling to get it as they want us to pay more than even the first time around. No matter the amount of phone calls or emails we just get lame excuses and stupid reasons for this and that.<br> <br> I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WARN EVERYONE AGAINST THEM AS THEIR SERVICE AS WELL AS QUALITY IS NOT WORTH ANYTHING. Please be careful!!!!!!
