****-Do not buy from them
We have ordered and paid more that R3700 on 50% discount and what we got was a knock-off blown gold and silver ring that was also so big that we could have bought from Temu for R20. I personally think that Jeulia is ****ming people and selling **** juwelry and with all of that they are misleading people with **** advertising. I will not leave it here as other people might further fall trap and can get ****med out of alot more money. I will report this on every single platform and also to the relevant Authorities in every single country. The reviews they receieved that is 4 star and 5 star are **** reviews. I hope Jeulia that you will answer for every single person you ****med with the enormous amounts and the **** juwelry. I personally will make sure that everybody knows your ****ming people. I had a certified Juweler check the ring and it was dissapointing to see that the gold and silver comes of so easily. It is really discusting how you exploit people!!!!!!

Bad Bad service
We ordered some ring worth less than R5000. It's been held up customs as various good was shipped in one parcel. Now the value of the complete parcel is worth more than R150 000.00 and customs don't want to release the parcel. Buffalo couriers wants us to apply for an importers code, that means we have to pay the import tax on the total value of the shipment and not just for what we have ordered. This is such a disappointment that we are going to lose our money as customs is going to destroy the parcel. Jeulia didn't comply with the import regulations and didn't submit the correct document.

Bad Bad service
