Waiting 3 months for a surprised engagement ring and still don’t have it, this company ruined our plans and are *******!!

I wish there was a minus -5 star for this company!! My fiancé wanted to propose to me on New Years and ordered an engagement ring in the beginning of December 2021. It is now the 26 of February 2022 and the ring was still not delivered!! It’s been more than 2 months and he got me another engagement ring that I’m anyways more happy with as the service was great and the ring looks amazing!! My fiancé contacted this company via email multiple times and an auto response kept getting back to him. This is *****ing as we did not get the ring or the refund which we paid for over the thousands and they completely ruined his surprise engagement!! Where’s our money or ring that we don’t want anymore, you stole from him and didn’t even get back to him and helping him solve his problem!! I would never recommend this company to anyone as they don’t have customer service or support and they are *******!!
