Very poor service and hidden charges

<p>I bought a ring last week and received a call from customs saying they can't release the ring to the courier company for delivery because I need to pay over R500 in customs duty. This was not agreed to anywhere and full payment was made including courier charges. Unacceptable and I'm not going to pay for it to be returned at my expense when it hasn't even been received.</p>
