Very costly Incomplete order with no communication

I purchased jewelry at Jeulia.co.za which amounted to R4455 i paid a shipping handling fee ZAR300.00 that was included in the amount mentioned, my order came through incomplete this was the most expensive item in my cart which amounted to R2497. I have tried to contact customer care with no response. I paid for express delivery is supposed to take 5-9 working days. I am very dissapointed as i have not recieved my most valued item. And there is no communication back towards me after two emails and two submitted tickets.
