<p>i ordered a ring online, idiot should have known better - there mail address says from SA, so to support our locals i ordered a ring for R820.00. They say on there webpage that it is free delivery to SA.</p> <p> </p> <p>i waited for 3 weeks - even though they said 10 days. once the ring arrived i got the surpise of my live, i needed to pay an addional amount - which was not said when making the purchase, i found out afterwards that they do know about the exrtra charges, i contacted them and the said they don't know why i am being charged import duties.</p> <p> </p> <p>to make a really long story short, they have not refunded me anything and i do not have my ring.</p> <p> </p> <p>please people this is a money making ****, some people get there goods and others don't.</p> <p> </p> <p>they are not local to SA they are a chinease based company - say no more.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
