Want to thank jeulia and service reps for their great assistance in getting the right ring! Because it was a surprise, I could not get an exact finger size but used another ring. It turned out to be too large, and twice I had to send it back. They service reps were the epitome of patience and helpfulness. My sweetheart now has the right size, and thrilled with it!!
