****! STAY AWAY!!!

Where to start?! I am extremely dissapointed in the quality of jewelry and the service we received!<br> <br> 1) we ordered an engagement ring which ended up being too big, when we asked about resizing they were inconsisent about the refund/exhange policy (some said 120 days, some said 180 days, some said 60 days, and now the latest is 30 days).<br> <br> 2) the ring was TERRIBLE quality, the \rose gold\" look alike (sterling silver painted to look like rose gold) started chipping off and fading.<br> <br> 3) on the website it said the ring is worth R5650-00 and the \"sale\" price they said is R2880-00, Great right? WRONG!<br> The primary stone (apparently White Sapphire) was actually glass.<br> The side stones (apparently Diamonds) were glass too<br> <br> Since Jeulia didnt want to help me with resizing I had to go to a different jeweler to get the ring resized, an ACCREDITED JEWELER, and asked them to validate the ring.<br> <br> It ended up coming back as not even worth R1000-00!!!<br> <br> STAY AWAY! FALSE ADVERTISING! TERRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE QUALITY!<br> <br> Dont waste your money like we did! "
