Run Away - ***** Company

<p>I purchased a beautiful ring. The problem was that the ring was too small, even from their sizing chart. They offer a 30 day guarantee but aren't honoring it. They said for me to mail the ring back, pay $15.95 for shipping and they would send me another one. I requested a less expensive ring, I didn't pay shipping to get the 1st ring. I would be losing a lot of money on this transaction. They could get the original ring back and not send the exchanged one. Not only that it took them over a month to send me the 1st ring. It took me contacting PayPal before they ever responded. Ridiculous! This is not a customer oriented company, they don't seem to want to satisfy their customers in order to get repeat business. Shame, I'm letting everyone know what ****** they are and how unprofessional they are! You don't respond with text abbreviations in an email. (Plz) for please.... really?</p>
