Ring stuck at customs (DONT PURCHASE RING)

I bought a ring on the jeulia website [URL Removed] about two weeks ago for R2000.<br> The website said that delivery is free via DHL.<br> <br> I spent an entire week battling DHL to get my ring delivered to me. After which they tell me I have to pay R2600 for tax and delivery, an amount more the item I bought.<br> <br> When I get Jeulia involved, the person helping me from south africa Rose, tells me i have to either buy a new ring for R1200 or they will refund me R300 (no were close to the R2000 i paid)<br> <br> Pathetic service. Don't wait your money buying anything from their website.<br> <br>
